"I signed up with Nick for 12 sessions to help to improve my posture and my core strength. I am sat down a lot for work in the train, car, office and in meetings and had a lot of neck and back problems.

"After only 10 sessions I already feel much stronger, positive about my physical well-being and that my posture has changed for the better. My tennis has also improved! I wish I had done this, years ago!"
